FAQ

Clear answers before you start.

echoLife deals with personal memories and AI-generated output, so the basics should be easy to understand from the beginning.

What is an echoLife profile?

An echoLife profile is a private AI-assisted memory and personality profile built from guided traits, memories, voice direction, and relationship context entered by the user.

Is the generated profile a real person?

No. It is AI-generated output based on user-provided information. It can help preserve presence and context, but it should not be treated as a verified record or the actual person.

Can I delete my data?

The workspace includes profile deletion for a person profile and its associated traits, memories, and generated profile. Broader account-level deletion controls are planned as the product matures.

What counts toward usage?

Usage can include actions such as profile generation, memory creation, chat messages, voice input transcription, and AI voice generation. Limits depend on plan and account configuration.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. echoLife includes a free plan so you can create a first profile and explore the core flow before choosing a paid plan.

Can I use voice chat?

Yes. Once a person profile is generated, echoLife supports text and voice conversation, with AI voice generation and browser playback fallback where available.

Who is responsible for profile content?

The user is responsible for the memories, traits, names, descriptions, and other content they enter. You should only add information you have the right and authority to use.

Can echoLife replace professional support?

No. echoLife is not therapy, grief counseling, medical advice, legal advice, emergency support, or a substitute for qualified professional help.

What if AI output is inaccurate?

AI-generated content can be incomplete, inaccurate, or emotionally imperfect. You should review generated profiles and conversations, regenerate or edit when needed, and avoid treating outputs as verified facts.
